About

One Texas team. The full life-safety stack.

Zion Fire Protection was founded by Joel Sadowsky to solve a specific problem: building owners deserve a single Texas-licensed contractor who can run fire alarm, sprinkler, special hazards, and ERCES from one shop. The BDA / ERCES division is the newest pillar of that promise.

Joel Sadowsky — Founder & CEO

Joel has 15+ years in Texas fire protection — designing, installing, and inspecting life-safety systems across DFW. He holds NICET III in Fire Alarm, NICET III in Special Hazards, NICET II in Sprinkler, and an FCC General Radiotelephone Operator License (GROL). He passed his GROL specifically to lead Zion's ERCES practice — radio is its own discipline, and Zion does not subcontract it out.

If you call Zion's BDA line, Joel is on the call.
